Phantom comes to an end.

Thats right, August will be the last month of production for the colour phantom (P3). Phantom will be repalced by a new bright vibrant blue called velocity which will commence build from september.

Re: Phantom comes to an end.

I thought Phantom was being replaced by Vibe and Blueprint was being replaced by Shockwave?

SUBJECT: VELOCITY PAINT LAUNCH ON BA FALCON, BA FALCON UTE
AND FORD PERFORMANCE VEHICLES
The already fresh and unique colour palette of the BA Falcon XR sedan and Ute, Fairmont Ghia sedan
and Ford Performance Vehicles (FPV) range is about to be further enhanced, with the introduction of
a new exterior paint colour - Velocity.
September 2004 will see the introduction of Velocity (paint code DN) which replaces Phantom (paint
code P3). For sports enthusiasts, Velocity expresses a fast paced and action driven lifestyle. This
youthful blue epitomises stand out performance and adds enhanced sportiness to the vehicles it graces.

Oh well, no more Phantom. Now maybe someone who wants a Phantom XR8 will have to buy a second hander like mine. Missus wants that new bathroom.

Your not selling the XR8 for a bathroom are ya???????

I've got an old 44 gallon drum you can cut in half for a tub, an old watering can you can use for a shower, just need a bit of string and some cable ties to set it up is all, oh and an old chook food dish you could use for a hand basin. And some assorted retic hose offcuts to plum it all up!!

There, that'll save the XR8. Just PM me for the delivery times pal.
