i am interested in buying a pursuit ute with all the trimings, leather, sports wheel, mats & upgraded sterio & would like to know what prices people have been paying for them & where did they purchase from

New Oak in Oakleigh have a white Pursuit with leather sitting on the showroom floor. Looked pretty damn good.

We were there to price a GT; you are pretty much paying full price so with the options you want l would think you'd be looking at $60k on the road.

RRP is $54,850.. Add Leather ( $1850), Brembos ( $5950), Sports wheel ( $950), Prestige sound ( $600)... Stamp duty 2.5% ($1605) , dealer del ($1450), Reg ($500)..Total..$67,755 !!...Really don't know how much you can haggle on this?..Good points are:No luxury tax, and ( in Vic, anyway) only 2.5% stamp duty on commercial vehicles..

Especially on a GT where your'e paying luxury car tax as well, making them $7500.

They would want to be good!

Remember, you only pay luxury car tax on the amount OVER 55k.. NOT on the whole purchase price.... So if you spend 65 say..You pay tax on 10k.. AND , anyhow NO luxury tax on utes!

Ford have actually built the LCT into the RRP's for the GT/GTP.

Its only the extras where it isnt included and so you have to add the 25%.

Shifty bastards!...Forget the Brembos at bloody $7500!.. Herrods are around 5k !!........Anyhow , do you really want the brembos?.. I'd go leather, premium sound, & the wheel! ( OR take em outta.. your "T".lol).. BTW ,allow for exhaust, ( Herrod extractors etc.. puts you instantly in the "300+" club!)

We are able to get the Brembos for free because of the offer Ford have going for T series owners so thats a big bonus. Will also go for sports wheel and premium sound plus stripes. Manual of course.
