Saw 3 BA GT's and 4 XR8 around Mt Panorama

Hey Fella's guess what. This morning I left for work and went for a quick lap around Mt Panorama (I Live in Bathurst right near the mount) well I cruising up Mountain straight in my XD and I noticed all these nice cars up ahead. Well I put my foot down and cuaght up, it ended up being 3 BA GT Falcons and 4 BA Xr8's all going for a lap. I was so excited I nearly hit the wall at ford cutting. One of the GT's was a GT-P and it had number plates "FPV GT" holy shit it was nice. They all pulled ova at skyline then when I got half way down conrod all of them went flying past me, brought a tear to my eye I was so happy. You guys would of been in heaven. Shit it was nice. The XR8 looks like like a GT from far away. Anywayz just thouht I'd tell ya's. The Fellas at work "Holdent supporters" havent heard the end of it all morning. Pity I coulnt get a photo at skyline Didnt have my camera :(

I seem to remember the speed limit was 60 or 80 km/h accross the top. I must be getting old as I am sure responsible FORD owners never speed. :)

Speed Limit is 60k all the way. They must have been the late starters for the recent 3FB cruise around the Mountain.

Ford_Lord, was the car with FPV-GT numbers plates in blueprint and Victorian registered? If it was I've seen this car in Sydney and agree with you it sure looks a treat.
