Who gives a shit if they replace parts that are not faulty. If you have an accident because of this fault your solicitors would have a field day ( or the solicitors representing your deceased estate would ).
To me brakes are one of those things that cannot be compromised.
Bottom line with the dealer fix the brakes and don't return the car until you have got it right. From memory under the extended warranty that comes standard witrh the GT and the GT-P if your car cannot be repaired within 24 hours they need to provide you with a reasonable equivalent until they can do so.
