I put the Castrol oil in and noticed smoother gear changing, I had no noticable problems to begin with though, just did it on Mal Woods recommendation.

Yeah, initially I tried REDLINE it was like driving a concrete mixer, so I took the Mal Wood advice and went to Castrol (tremec recommended) made the change much smoother, but the rattle remained. Ordered my clutch & pressure plate & short/shifter from Mal yesterday and he was saying that most the apparent tremec rattle is a actually the crappy standard clutch plate
. He reckons between the up graded clutch and the nylon bush on the short/shifter most of the chatter noise will disappear. Then we can have WHISPERING QUIET LETHAL PERFORMANCE
