Anyone wondered what is 'Behind the Magic Starter Button" on a BA GTP?
The wait is over. Here at some exclusive pics I took of the inside dash areas of my GTP. I had to pull apart half the car for a 'Special Project' Im working on.
Pic1. Behind the starter Button
Pic2. Behind the centre console
Pic3. ICC Computer (Interior Command Computer-thing-a-ma-jig)
Pic4. The car wont start without the ICC
Pic5. IM NAKED!!!! (and cold) - Center Console
Enjoy.

In another thread, something was mentioned about the handling of the ICC or the Display, Aparently your not supposed to invert them or drop them as they are very fragile.
I had the dash out of my EF's on numerous occasions to change blown globes and to connect in radios, phones, electric brakes and other stuff as it was so easy. But on the AUII Fairmont we now have, I couldn't even figure out how to get the console up to install the mobile phone kit!! I took one look at the mass of wiring and connectors up behind the centre dash and decided that $50 for installation wasn't that expensive.
Looking forward to seeing how the "Project" turns out.
