I hope this is wrong. I didn't have a huge amount to do with X but he was always polite and went out of his way to help a no body.
You are very correct, I do believe him no longer to be there, im just not sure what to say, its a little sensitive without all the facts. Ive already got someone looking into it, but this could be the problem with X, he was too nice and would go out of his way to help you, mabey this is the path FPV dont want too take. It was something that happened a few weeks ago, X was handeling my file, then I started to get calls from the CRC, I told him id rather deal with X, but apparantly I was not supposed to be, so im not sure what is going on down there, it all sounds bad from what I can see.

Imformation feed to me from contacts are that there has been internal troubles for some time know when i ask whats going on about 6 weeks now.that was what was told to me when we where discussing the road FPV/FPR have been traveling lately.
You are very correct, I do believe him no longer to be there, im just not sure what to say, its a little sensitive without all the facts. Ive already got someone looking into it, but this could be the problem with Tony, he was too nice and would go out of his way to help you, mabey this is the path FPV dont want too take. It was something that happened a few weeks ago, Tony was handeling my file, then I started to get calls from Richard CRC, I told him id rather deal with Tony, but apparantly I was not supposed to be, so im not sure what is going on down there, it all sounds bad from what I can see.

Yeah l agree the few times l have dealt with X he has gone out of his way. It seemed like he was the one truly helpful and customer focused person at FPV.
I spoke to X last night and FPV launched a round of redundancies yesterday and unfortunately he was one of the people that were told to leave. He is very positive and spoke well of FPV despite the way things have gone. Which when you think about X is the way he's always been - on the front foot and positive about most things.
I'm sad to see him go because he did so much for the owners and the car clubs. I recently wrote to FPV saying what an asset he was and how he was a superb amabassador to the brand. I stand by my words.
Unfortunately it's the way of the world that people are just numbers and I guess FPV are looking at ways to go forward from their current stagnant business outlook. I struggle to see how getting rid of X will achieve anything positive for them but we'll have to wait and see.
As a customer, and I know many people doubt FPV's ability to listen but I argue that's not always true, I'd have preferred to see more X's and less CRCs. Nothing personal intended to anyone.
X, I share your positive outlook because I know someone as customer centric and focussed as yourself, with an eye for quality, will find a place to move to real soon.
Regards,
AP.
