YES or NO: 2-Toned Bonnet Bulge For GT

Considering the amount of enthusiasts that are not so happy with the GT, in terms of its looks - Is the 2-Toned bulge the way to go, to further differentiate it from the XR8?

Have your say.

ChuBBz

P.S. No shaker discussions please.

I like the blackned out Bonnet on that red GTHO picture someone did. That looked awesome.

I saw a picture that CSV LS1 did of a red and black GT with the matt black on the bonnet bulge. The car looked absolutely awesome and there was NO mistaking it for an XR8. On the same picture the rear wing was also black.

The blackouts instead of silver highlights absolutely did it for me. Completely different to any major competitors and also showed that the GT heritage lived on.

Just on that point if the car is to be called GT, then it must have a GT heritage (styling cues taken from the originals)

Maybe when people make orders on the GT, there should be an option if you want the bonnet buldge to be a different color, or you could do it your self.

Dont just have the bonnet bulge a different color, the side skirts also need a splash of paint because it looks to plain.

Yuck! even the picture CSV did, I don't like.

Looks like someone hacked it with a paint brush and the mat finish makes it worse.
