back from Iraq and can't use 5spd anymore . can somebody tell me what I need to put an AOD-E in my 94 cobra please? I have 94 GT transmission and ECM/ wire harness . Yes flexplate and all. Will auto ECM work w/cobra engine (24#injectors) ? I was told had too keep ECM w/ transmission so swapped whole 5spd package for AOD-E setup. Now being told can't use cobra engine w/ AOD-E transmission ???? HELP

Post this in the mustang section and see if you can get an answer there. I wish I could help but that, I don't know the answer too. Somebody still may have an answer for you.

You may be aware of the sites already, but you should try svtperformance.com, corral.net. Either of these sites will have more than enough info in their forums to help get your swap done, shops in your area, huge classifieds sections. Wish you luck, shouldn't be too bad, I don't know a whole lot about it but I would think a C4 might be a great choice for your car.
