well i used photoshop and i can resize it with no p roblem. it says something like admistrator didn't allow you to do so. or something

This is what it says,

I have Photoshop as well, but use Irfanview to resize.

Everything I put on to the forums is at 640x480, and have never had a prob. Seems like this is a good filesize as well as dimension.
