Getting ready to take my Shelby out for some road course laps this spring, looking for some input on a good tire for a "greeny" driver. I have read on other forums that an aggresive tire is not a good choice for beginner since they would allow me to overdrive the car .. I live in the NW so I'll be spending some time on wet surfaces when running laps and these tires will not be used for everyday driving. Any suggestions ?
