My 01 expedition has a changer but no CD cartridge. I tried 3 different ones of EBAY but none fit, Will an 03 Expedition head unit with the built in CD changer fit?

They must mount in a different manner from each other, because the aftermarket kits that would replace the 2 radios are different for the years. This isn't a definitive answer. Just phone the local stereo installation shop and ask them. Even calling Best Buy, Circuit City or the such can usually get you the info you're looking for.
