I just picked up this car and need some help with a couple of things. If anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it.

1. Need a good wiring diagram for installing a remote start/alarm (I have pretty much everything I need here, but would like to be able to hook up the rear defrost to come on when started and cannot find info on where to hook that up anywhere)

2. I have the Audiophile stereo, but can't find a good wiring harness anywhere for it. I would like to install my aftermarket stereo, but I refuse to cut factory wiring.

3. I would like to use the factory steering wheel controls for my aftermarket Kenwood Excelon deck. I have seen a few universal interface boxes for this, but am hesitant to buy anything universal. Anyone have any suggestions on a specific model or place to pick one up that works well and is fairly easy to install/program?

The first one is easy: turn the defroster on before you turn the car off. Whatever is left on when you turn the car off should again come on when you remote-start the car.

For the second and third items, I would contact Crutchfield.com...if not to buy, just for their excellent source of information. They're very good at this kind of thing, and they usually have everything you need in stock.
