07 Mustang GT Shaker 1000 CD Player help - Ford Forums - Mustang Forum, Ford Trucks, Ford Focus and Ford Cars

My battery died over the winter and now that my car is back on the road everything is fine except the CD Player. I have a shaker 1000 in my 07 mustang gt and it will not load cd's..everytime i hit the remote key to unlock the doors i get in and the cd player is already making noise...when i hit the load button the word INITIALIZING appears for about ten seconds then disappears and then it goes back to radio mode. Any suggestions or anyone else have this problem?

The exact same thing has happened to my 2008 Mustang GT Premium. My battery died over the winter. I jump started it, then went on the Autobahn and drove to Denmark, clocking about 300 miles. Battery seems to be doing great now, except for the CD problem. Did you ever get it fixed? What did you do?
