At last I have found a company that can upgrade the BA units. After talking to them I found out I can upgrade my single cd from to a 6 in dash premium sound with a TFT screen. Also I can keep my single cd and upgrade to a TFT screen. They also supply the DVD which connects to the TFT screen and reverse camera which is what I'm after. They said they can even change the color of my facia to piano black and silver finish like the Typhoon or GT. If you want your ICC upgraded I suggest you call them on (03) 9588 2755. Best to call them for prices. There are quite a few different combinations to choose from.

Had my Territory standard single CD mono LCD upgraded to Premium Sound, 6 stack, have everything but the amp and subwoofer. All factory and with warranty, these guys do a great job, approx 1.5 hours just ring a couple of days in advance. There are many options you can even just have the colour screen and single CD. Can even give you silver FPV facia, Not cheap but worth it.

Just installed the DVD to my factory screen. Looks fantastic. Cost me $310 for the converter box and AUX loom cause I had my own DVD player. Installation was basic, only 3 wires to hook up and the cable plugged straight into my CCU. Didn't even have to remove the unit. They also gave me the option of purchasing the system with their DVD for $570. Heaps cheaper than the other system I looked into. Be sure to get a DVD player that has NTSC playback though if you are looking at getting your own DVD player. They also tell me there website is being totally remodelled and pictures will be available soon. Yah!

I`ve got a trade magazine here for the car audio/ security industry and there is a add for BLAUPUNKT with an upgrade to turn the BA screen into a navigation and dvd player.

no prices and i could not find it on there web site but i guess that the sterio shops would have the info.

might see what i can find out about it.
not sure if it works on all BAs or just the premium sound systems.
