Question EB Stereo Wiring.. HELP!

Hey guys, this is my first post although I come to this site alot and read the great advice you lot stick up all the time. I've got a free CD player (nothin fancy, I bought my GF an Apline Deck with a 6 stacker and I got here old deck that works fine).

I had no problem wiring up her deck but I can't for the life of me find any information about how the old EB radio/tape deck was wired. Which wire is which? I've got the specs for the CD deck I'm putting in but not for the old EB.

If you guys could give us a hand that would be great, hope to here from you shortly.

Dan

Actualy, most of the wiring is the same.

Brown: is hooked into the park lamp circuit, so when the park lamps are on it gets a voltage to dim the Radio/Cassete player.

Grey/Yellow is hooked to the Cigerette lighter so this is the Ignition power.

Green/Yellow is hooked to the battery.

Black is the earth.

Blue/Red is RH rear positive.

Blue/Black is RH rear negative.

Pink/Green is LH rear postitive.

Pink/Black is LH rear negative.

Grey/Green is RH front positive

Grey/Blue is RH front negative

Green is LH front positive

Black (yes theres 2 blacks) is LH front negative.

To find the correct black look at the radio connector with the wires going away from you. There is 6 on the top row and 7 on the bottom row. The wire in the bottom row in the centre (right under the lttle tab is the earth. The one to the right of it on the bottom row is the speaker wire. So the 4th and 5th wire are both black, the 4th being the earth and 5th being speaker.

DAMN I need a scanner! Any one got one they wanna sell cheap?
