The original 8" is cactus and have bought a semi-decent fusion as a replacement. Question is, how do i get the parcel shelf/or just carpet out as the sub exits out the parcel shelf, not the boot side.

are you talking about the factory sub sitting right in the centre of the boot?? cuz i got this in my fairmont ghia and i wanted to put different subs and removing it looks a little tough. Rather than removing it i can leave it there and connect 2 other subs with it (was a little confused when someone tried to explain it to me. Infact still dont understand wat my mate was trying to say.)

have u removed it to put new subs?
