Hi there,

I have just got myself a ford focus Ghia (2000 plate) on the weekend. Now it looks like the radio has been replaced in it with a ford 6000cd.

Now the car has the steering wheel controls, but when I checked it, it wasn't connected as the socket is different from the unit.



This is a picture of the unit that should be in it (its the middle connection I am looking at). Below is the connector which is in my car

Now looking at the actual unit I have, it has the following sockets.



As you can see, its a totally different connection in the middle.

Does anyone know if there is a converter or if someone knows the 3 pins to remove and connect to it to get it working please.

I have spoke to a number of people (I.C.E places, etc..) but no luck.
