Jaycar 8inch subs

Just wondered if anyhere on this forum works at Jaycar and can tell me if they sell 8"inch subs. i want to replace my standard 8" sub in my EL Ghia with something a little bit louder, but im having trouble finding 8" there fast becoming an indangered species.
Any advice would be MUCH appriciated

They did have 'em. Don't know if they still do, but don't bother the 8' just don't cut it. Even strathfield told me not to even get one and they sell them! (for the parcel shelf).

Yes, i work at Jaycar, and yes we do sel a cpuple of 8"subs.
The one id recomend to run, replacing the factory sub is the 8" Venom, they are designed for an enclosure, but do run very well in a free air setup.

hi guy's i want to replace the factory 8" as well but find it hard to find one? also what can i do with the factory amp i want to replace it with a more powerfull one???

How do i remove the parcel shelf to get to the sub also i had a quick look on the weekend but i couldnt see anything obvious

I talked to a few people about an 8" sub just so I could mount it in the factory spot. Most people said not to bother and go with atleast 10" in a box.

i need my boot space not interested in boxes etc etc, plus when you go on holidays have to take it out etc etc, i used to have 2 15 inch subs in a sealed enclosure been there dont that couldnt be bothered again!

The parcel shelfe carpet comes out by removing the seat ends, and the rubber strip at the top ov the opening.
Then you just peel back the carpet, and it slides out,once you remove the seatbelt bolts and speakers.

I fitted a 10" sub in my parcel tray no probs, i just snipped and foldedthe metal back.
