Thumbs down peremium sound system damage

i live in fiji and here my xr6 is a real headturner but the problem is part from its power and comfort, i didnt like the cheap plastic finish anywayzz
my problem:

i loaded six cds and went cruzzin with my peeps with music really loud when i tried to skip dics with the help of seek option on my steering, the premium in dash cd stacker got loacked. i am not able to eject any dics and also not able to play any of the tracks on the cd. so im listening to fm rite now. i called up the ford dealer and they checked on it. they told me they get me one new interior command centre. Does anyone ever had the same problem as i do? is there any other soloutions? plizz advice.replacing the3 week old ICC sounds crap. these kind of problems can always occur how may times will the Ford Dealers keep changiing ICC. sounds freaky!!
