I've got a Six-Disc, Sub-In-Parcel-Shelf Premium Sound jobbie in my XR8. But it is quite odd that I have what looks like a small speaker in the passenger side A-Pillar, but none in the drivers side.
Am I missing something here? Am I supposed to have one in each A Pillar?
Re: Premium Sound - Drivers A PIllar Speaker Missing?
I think something's gone wrong there. You should have one on each a pillar. One on each side.

Yes, I htink this has happened to someone on this forum or another alrerady as I remmeber reading it. As far as I can recall, they just gave you the wrong trim. Can you hear sound coming from behind it?

I noticed only the other day that the speakers that used to be on the rear doors for AUII premium system is not there on my BA with Premium system... I assumed they deleted these for BA to cut costs, but may be there are speakers behind those blank door trims!
Just checked the Ford site and they no longer refer to 9-speakers for the Premium option, so I figure what I've got is correct, but anyone know for sure?

Yes. Two tweeters on the base of A pillars, one on each of the four doors, two on the parcel shelf plus one sub in the middle of parcel shelf, 9 in total.
