FPV TURBO

I have a problem with my premium sound where you can hear static, or a crackle sound in it. Basically it gets louder when you give it more revs and stops when the motor is turned off, so it has something to do with the engine interfering.

Anyways I played around a bit more and I can still hear it with the volume turned down to 0..

Has anyone else had this problem and is it a big issue

Sounds like a poor ground (negative) contact. Make sure all earth points and clean and secure.

Still under warranty? If so leave it 'till you see the dealer. Don't want to be accused of causing the problem if something goes wrong.

Yes, sounds like a bad earth. If you have an amplifier installed, check the earth for that.

BA XR6, 3 weeks old with the Premium sound option...

A dealer jobbie then mate, Should be quite a simple fix. The sound you describe is usually a faulty earth, this is usually highlighted if you run aftermarket high powered amps etc..... I wouldnt attempt to remove the Ba system, the screen on the BA premium systems are very expensive and have to be kept upright to avoid damage.
