Sierra alarm problem

Hi, can anyone help, bought a sierra sapphire 5 months ago and was told the alarm had been deactivated and never thought anything more about it. Until this morning when it went off when i opened the door. Closed door and unlocked it again as per manual but it didn't deactivate it. Car immobilised, can't do anything about it, alarm keeps going off if i try to get in. Would like to solve this and then totally and permanently deactivate the alarm system, even rip it out, drive over it with a tank and hang it on a railing by the road side as a warning and deterrent to other car alarm systems..
