I want to get one of those TV screens put in my AU since i cant get the trade i require to get a BA ( thats luck ) so this baby has to stay for another 3 years. I want to put a screen with an idash CD stacker and i want it to work with the power aerial and the controls on the steering wheel.

Neone done this or know of anyone in brisbane that is good with Fords in particular with the steering wheel controls

i have just bought a panasonic indash screen and indash dvd player (double din), i am in the process of putting it in. It will work the power ariel, but i cant see it operating the volume keys on the steering wheel.

i got panasonic 7" in dash screen, panasonic in dash dvd player (also plays mp3), and the tv tuner with arials for $2600.
hooked it up finally, took hours of patience, but its in and it works a treat !!!!

If you look in Strathfield you can get standalone DVD and Screen for under $500, although they won't mount in the dash.

ah i reckon TV screens are dangerous! my friends mum has one and you lose concentration while driving cause your too busy trying to see whats on the screen.

But boy do they attract attention :)
