This may sound dumb, and you will probably tell me to do a search, but i have.

Anyway, wher should i place my tweeters in the front?

Down on the centre console or on the A pillar?

Which is best and why?

You have an EA right ??

So in the dash, right at the front there is that big plastic bit, take it out, 2 screws one either side, then it just sorta slides back and up, and its out, you should wiring there as well, they sound great there, I have put mine there, very happy.

Oh and they just sit there, not screwed in or anything, then the cover back over the top, tweeters are light so they wont move.

I am wondering where to put the tweeters in my EL, but i want to see what your install looks like overall.

Yeah, i dont know if i will do that. My main aim is to have a stealth looking install, so i will have to mould some surrounds or something. The stock locations suck because the sound bounces off the glass...

Mini Me - I also have a dash mat and I did not modify it all, just left all the small holes in it at the ends the way they are, and I think they sound just fine, I can hear them loud and clear.

How 'bright' do you want the tweeters?
Are the tweeters variable?
