I have a Yellow Light car alarm in my car, it is mostly disconnected, may or may not be workable, and I have no controllers for it.

My question is, does anyone have anything at all on these alarms, I am interested in working on it rather than buy a new one.

Maybe easier to buy a new one, but a challenge is always good.

Yellow Light alarm company gone out of busines.

I've had a ZL fairline couple of years ago and had the same

alarm in it, found the company who was seling it in Sydney

got a melbourne address but in melb. they said no longer

on the market so I got some other make.

Mate when things like alarms stuff up or you lose bits, its generally better to get another alarm installed.....for example, in my ea, we had an entry level black widow, lost the controllers, and they wanted $120 for a pair of them...mind you, the alarm cost $200 fitted...so your better off getting a new one instaled anyway - get new warranty etc so worth it IMO

Well I pulled the alarm apart and found that the main controller seemed to be stuffed anyway, power did not flow through the circuits correctly, and I also found the siren to be stuffed as well.
My boss just got back from singapore and gave me an alarm for my car, never heard of the brand, but it works very well, after sorting it out and installing it, so problem solved, thanks for the replys.
