250 xflow low compression

G'day all

If a 250 crossflow (in xe) has low compression (about 150psi) how soon would you say it would be until it starts casuing major probs? Doesnt smoke bad or anyhitng.

What sort of compression you guys got on healthy stock 250's?

Thanks

That's not a bad compression, I think. My XF, which had 180,000 on the clock, had 125psi in all cylinders, and it used to go pretty hard.

The important thing is that all the compressions are within 15-20 psi.

On a side note, my old man had a Bedford truck with a 173 Holden in it, and that was still running with 45psi in 3 cylinders!
