My EA has a 3.2L CFI engine in it and i was wondering how much it wouls cost to put a 3.9L MPFI engine in it.

Maybe a $1000 max. Wreckers i spoke to (i don't need a engine by the way) sell them for about that much with the Tickford head and cam. Don't know, check around.

yeah i was gonna say $1000 should get you the complete lot with computer, you might have to put it in yourself though....not as hard as replacing a head, use a manual if you need.

watch out for them in the trading post.
i found one with a 5 speed box attatched for $750 in good nick.
talked a mate into buying it and we chucked it in in place of his 3.2L auto. made one hell of a difference.
and wasnt that hard to do. its been about 6 months and hasnt fallen out yet so we couldnt have done too bad a job
