I installed my shift kit today and have encountered a small problem.
I was bored so I decided to make it a 3 stage kit, this isn't a problem I don't think cause I havn't used it yet, because when it is off it is actually working. I took out the on/off switch and directly wired the off wires together so it is like the kit doesn't even exist, however it still shifts firm.
I don't know to much about electronics but I can wire up a simple switch, I think the problem could be because the wires I have added are to long or big that it is causing resistance to the s5 solenoid, which is why it shifts firm when it is off, is this correct? If not what could be the problem.
Sorry if that was a confusing post.
