wondering what this hose is for, vacum or something? goes to a box under the front bar passenger side and has a return hose next to it. it connects to the intake manifold, but my shtty lil plastic bit is broken and so am wondering if it is necessary or i can leave this hose off/block it.

Hard to tell but does it go to the carbon canister under the pasenger guard
in which case yes you need it .
One is the fuel vapour line from the fuel tank to the carbon cannister, and the other is the purge hose from the cannister to the manifold. Unless you wanna get high on the fumes, fix em.
