No, there's no problem. I put a chip, cam and extractors in my car and i'm gunna put it on the dyno. Just want to know what sort of power gains i made with putting the chip, cam and extractors in my car. That's all.
So, just say i had 165rwkw, theoretically i would have roughly 220fwkw???
What brand/type of cam is that ?

Dyno's lie soooo BADDD u will never know anything much for sure without doing a before and after dyno run on the same dyno same day if you can.
Before and after gain is what you want to find out. After mod dyno will only tell you if somethings really wrong. It wont give you much of an indication of good bad or better.
In a Falcon with an auto you can pretty well say you lose 50fwkw in the driveline and on the dyno. 157fwkw = 107 rwkw.
Most of this will be pretty constant in the usual range of power you will be looking at.
So AU XR6 164fwkw=114rwkw, BA XR6T 240fwkw=190rwkw. It lines up sort of OK most of the time so if you get 165rwkw you have about 215fwkw so you got almost as much as an AUII XR8 220fwkw.
This is a number that will be hard to get though without some headwork, a really good cam and a custom program on the chip.
