Barra I6 cylinder head, what's the difference?

Does anyone know the difference between these two Barra I6 cylinder heads;

Part no. AY6049A up to 5/94

Part no. BA6049D 6/04 on

are youre dates correct there???? 94 ???

EB FALCON
98 T5 gear box (was auto)
Wade 977b cam
3.7 lsd
AU bottem end
ELXR6 ported Head
PH4480 Pacemakers

dates are got to be wrong or thats an EF was a DA head.

More importantly anone worked out how to build a kit to fit a BA head to an earlier model EF to AU Block?

AUII Auto wagon 4.0L InTech Pacemaker PH4480 extractors, 2.5" exhaust, JMM DEV3HL Cam Unichip 144rwkw. 1/4 mile 15.609sec@90.14mph

no point really.. better of just using the ba motor complete.... its got a stronger bottom end any hows :> carnt se the head ever beeing adaped to the earlier block there is no need for it

Oops. Date is wrong, here is the correct info;

Does anyone know the difference between these two Barra I6 cylinder heads;
Standard head
Part no. AY6049A up to 4/04
Part no. BA6049D 5/04 on


And also -
LPG
BA6049C to 4/04
BA6049F 5/04 on

Turbo
BA6049B to 4/04
BA6049E 5/04 on

mmm the BA has DOHC the older engines EA-AU are OHC, its impossible.

96 EF2 XR8, Grey, Auto, 3.9's, Sunroof, 17" GT Rims, Pacemaker Extractors, Redback Exhaust, CAI
Plenty of mods to come... Hopefully a blower on the way!!!
