Can anyone reccomend , or give some suggestions to what sort of cam they would use in a 250 x-flow , Im building this motor to put into a land cruiser and planning on running around 6 lb of boost which will kick in nice and low around 2000 rpm , There fore i need a cam that will provide power some where in the same area .

Also if anyone has any suggestions for appropiate engine work they would suggest it would be appreciated

U can stick with a stock efi grind cam, they work just as well.

I reckon you sould use aboug a stg 1 cam they have bout a 2000-4000 rpm range

If i would suggest anything , it would be to head over to www.performanceforums.com and get in contact with/search for " 6boost ". Not undermining the knowledge of anyone on here but this guy is a guru in regards to turbocharging the I6 ford engines.

Try Speco

They have 3 cams for 250 X-Flow turbo's

Can't remember right now. Have spec sheet somewhere.
Company name is Thomas/Speco.
Used to import stuff like cams, VHT, etc.
Ask some of the boys here.
