Hi guys,

Just need abit of advice, just put a Stage 3 Crow Cam and Chip in my AU3 XR6 HP and when i reverse, change down to first and come to a stop at the lights and also sometimes when idling the car just dies. But the funny thing is when the AIRCON is on it's not so bad. I've cleaned the throttle body, reset the base idler, reset the computer, i even thought it might of even been the chip so i sent it back and they reprogrammed it for me. Does anyone know wats goin on? Do i have my camshaft timing wrong? (It's 4 degrees advanced if you need to know).

When you say you cleaned the throttle body, does that include the ISC???
If not, i'd try cleaning that.

Also, it may take a while for ECU to re-learn the new setup (even with a custom chip) so perhaps wait a couple of weeks and see if it gets any better...

I havn't put a crow cam in my car before, but other cams you don't go x degree's advance or retard, you go by lift at top dead centre and dial it in with a dial indicator.
