can you torbo an xf

can i put a turbo on xf safely eg. without blowing up my engine
it is a standard 4.1 with an auto

Yes, but first realise that it's not a V6 and ask in the correct forum.

ive heard that you can run about 5-7 psi before you need to do major work to the motor, the bottom end of the motors are really strong
