Hi everyone, when i say the car is bogging down on takeoff, I dont mean on full throttle takeoff. Rather, when the lights go green and i take my foot off the brake pedal and accelerate the car sort of stutters, then gets going. Also when reversing I get this sort of stuttering if i suddenly release the accelerator. This problem is intermittent, and when it isnt happening the car feels really lively and gets off the line quick smart. Could it have something to do with idle (whatever it is that controls idle speed etc?)

This happene to mums car and mates car...both ELs. New leads + Plugs made it all better.

also try this,
remove your intake pipe just before your throttle body and spray in some throttle body cleaner and wipe out all the carbon build up around and on the butterfly.

I had the same problem you are talking about with my EB2. I changed the leads, dissy cap and plugs and it fixed it 100%

Thanx for your responses guys. The plugs were changed maybve a month ago, and I ran some primo injector cleaner stuff thru it last wkend and overt the last few days its been running quite nicely (whether this is a coincidence I don't know yet)
I'll give all your suggestions a go and c what happens. Thanx again.
