Manifold, fuel pump, a/c bracket, dipstick (or bend yours to fit), airbox. Computer.
I think that's it.
Oh yeah accelerator cable and kickdown cable (if it's a 3speed).

CFI kickdown cable is the same as the MPI one

And you'll also need a dizzy.

Not really.

If you want one you can buy it, but we've had no problems converting two different cars to MPFI using the CFI dizzy. The literature says they are different, but.....
