changing idle speed

how do you change the idle speed on an ed?
mine idles way to low at around 0-200rpm
i'd like to bring it up like my old car was to about 650rpm

any ideas on how to fix this?
cause this is kinda pissing me off cause the car stalls a fair bit at the lights cause the pin goes to 0rpm i want to fix the car tomorrow so can some one please help (diagrams would help)

Before adjusting anything, try cleaning out the throttle body with some carby cleaner. This will often bring the idle back up as it clears out all the oil vapour inside the t.body, where the air is supposed to pass through. Follow the air intake hose from your air filter(i'm assuming it's an m.p.i). Where it is clamped on to is the throttle body. Undo the clamp and slide the hose off and back so you can see the open throat of the t.b. Spray some cleaner inside and on a clean rag, then hold the throttle wide open and wipe all the black residue off, and keep doing this until it's all clean inside. Also wipe clean the butterfly inside, including the edges. Restart the car, and if you're lucky all will be good.

oh and being an ed yes it is an mpfi

also if any one wants a pic to show me what's going on(cause i'm hopeless with engines) i got on here
