This is what the radiator guy found when the tank was removed.. in car flushing would never remove this build up.. i was running the temp between R and O (the word NORMAL) on the gauge now it dont go over A.. what a difference.. 50% radiator blockage...

A very common problem. We've had them with up to 80% blocked!
Another trick to help E-series cooling systems is to fit a 15psi radiator cap (stops the plastic tanks from bursting) & also drill a 3mm hole in the thermostat. This allows a bit of by-pass & also prevents air-locks & thermostat thumping.
