Cold Air on an EFI XF

i have seen plenty of things on here about this but none explain how to go about it, and where to get bits from and what bits i will need. Also i havent found any decent pics that i can relate to. Looking for a bit of extra grunt, any help appreciated.

1985 XF S-Pack EFI, Resprayed with nicer than original dark blue before i got it, Globe 14 inch wheels with 215 TOYO tires, lowered, debadged, XG Grill, Driving lights, 2.5 Inch exhaust with extractors, cant wait till i get the windows tinted!!!!
