i was wondering how this cam would go in my car.i have a hi flo cat,extractors,and 2/12 inch lukey system.the car is a family battler so i dont want it rockin from side to side at idle.wot benifits would it give me(and plz in english cos im a deadset dummy).would i need xr valve springs,and the cam vernieer thingy?

I put a stage 3 in my ea. Every one told me that it would idle like absolute shit if at all. To tell you the truth, when it is warm there is nothing to complain about at all. you shouldn't need xr valve springs, but I do recommend a vernier cam gear to even out the power curve which makes it a much nicer car to drive. You might consider a K&N panel filter or something as it is going to be sucking a lot more air with the free flowing exhaust and all!

I know of a couple of Stage 3 Crow cams in EF/L's and the only have a decent exaust and good filter.
They run fine.

I have a st2 crow. Idle does get pretty lumpy at times. I have pretty high compression so I guess this too would cause idle degradation with the cam?

Itt is a bit more than a stage two yes.
Im not 100% sure on the cost of Crows cams.

so with my car bein an auto and the standard computer,will i have any dramas with the general running of the car day today

if you are worried about it then id go a stage 2,m With higher comp it makes the idle quality better once u start getting bigger cams.
even the wade 1004 when freezing cold can lump a lil, but once warm its pretty good
