diffrences between standard 3.9 to an SVO 3.9

Hey People,
i have just obtained a driveline iff an ea svo and and engine if i want, what is the diffrences between the engines, i noticed the fuel injectors air intake and extrators are diffrent, did the change the head or cams????

I had a chat to the son of the guy(forgot the name) that was in charge of the SVO mods done to the EA's(before it was handed over to Mick) at last years Spring Nats. He said that there were a range of upgrade stags... including diff gears, cams etc, however the head remained pretty stock.
