Anyone out there handy with the digital camera and want to take a fair few pics of it for me? :)

im planing on buying an EA (probably the tbfi one) and then chucking on the mpfi manifold and running it on straight gas using a gas research throttle body.

I mainly wouldnt mind knowing what it exactly looks like, and also, what the bolt pattern and size the bolts are (ie square pattern in a 10cm square ) so i know what needs to be done to fit the LPG throttle body.

I don't actually have a pic of a bare manifold. But here is probably the best pic I can provide of the MPI manifold on my EA. I can't really help you out with technical info like bolt sizes etc. Hope it helps.

thanks dude, but i think ill have to go to a wreckers and have a good close up look at one or something.

What holes are in the manifold besides for the injectors? i.e. for vacuum lines etc. just wondering how much its all gonna cost to get things welded up.

A wrecker might be the way to go, or you might be in the Heathcote area on June 1

I can't help you with bolt sizes, but what i can offer you is a few pics of exactly the setup you're after...

My mate's ED is running straight gas through a gas research throttle body on an MPI manifold.

what throttle body is that. Doesnt look anything like my GRA one.

Dunno much about it because it was on the car when he bought it...

All i know is that it has "Gas Research Australia" cast onto it.

The pictures don't really do it justice - the setup looks REALLY good in the flesh!

The car goes pretty good too, but could benefit from some tuning...

yeah, i see the GRA casting on it now.. i think what threw me off is the fact that it seems to be modified around the idle flow part there, its got a large round metal thingo coming off it hehe.

is gas is good :)
