EA trip computer

Ive been looking into putting a trip computer into my EA and everywhere ive read says theres a fair bit of wiring invloved. But when i looked behind my dash, where the panel pops out for the trip computer there's a plug that is just sitting there in the back of the panel. Is this the plug for the trip computer or will i still have to re wire one?? ill be able to get a photo of what im talking about in a couple of days when my car gets back from the auto elecs.

Re: EA trip computer

if it is a spak or a gl the plug you are talking about is for the clock that you can get for there .. there is about another 6 wires to be run..
