Whenever i give it to it my car it misses up top even when you are cruising along and kick it back it shakes and shudders then changes up

It will most likely be your dizzy, you will need a new one. What is happening is that you are not getting a great spark due to the spark point being worn out. This happened to me in my EA Spack manual, so could be the same here.

my ed does the same when there is moisture in the dizzy.....spray some WD40 and try it out.

2nd hand fuel pump = DO NOT.
is it really worth getting stuck somewhere for the sake of a few extra $$ ?
Repco / Coventrys have pumps fairly cheap.

Have you changed the plugs, leads, fuel filter after you did the pump.
Also, when you changed the pump, did it have hose or a white plastic fitting connecting the pump output to the sender unit?
If it had the white fitting, throw it and replace it with some EFI hose and clamps, as they are known to come apart and you lose pressure. I had that problem and found it the hard way - after putting in a new genuine pump :(

Guess what pump pressure was 250 idle and up to 400 under load while driving miss still there no drop in pressure?????????

Have you changed plugs, leads,
checked the dizzy cap and rotor?
Check the base timing?

plugs and leads replaced cap and rotor look ok

make sure the plug gaps are set correctly, sounds like a fuel problem going by what u said, have you replaced the fuel filter? also did u clean the filter on the fuel pump before installing it?
