Im after some ideas for engine mods, looking at cam, head polish and extractors plus a computer re-tune to go with my 6 cy gas EB. but ive been told that this makes them evn more sluggish off the line. Any ideas guys

a cam may make it slugish of the line but make it go hard er up top.. but with youre gas im not sure how it will work with the cam..

Yes a big cam can loose a little bottom end, but if you stick with an exaust, extractorsand filter to start with, you wont be disapointed.

ive been told that the alloy heads on the falcons already flow well so there wouldnt be much gain at all from getting headwork done?

how much are cams installed? the wade 1004 seems to be the popular choice?
what is involved? - fuel economy? performance? need dyno tune?

Speak to Jim Mock Motorsport , dont waste your time or money trying to put together a package which may or may not work, JMM have done a lot of research on these engines and get proven results.

Probably looking at about $250-$300 to install a cam and dial it in.
