EB XR6 head

Would puttin a ebxr6 head on the 3.9 make any diff, well the EA has alot of power but still hehe more power better or is it cheaper to get a standard head and fix it up? do eb heads blow gaskets alot. manuel spacks are the best lotta power on take off and overtaking is easy as. thats what ive experinced.

No worries at all.

On another note, I might also alert you to the latest forum announcement, particularly the quote: "Avoid the use of abbreviations and SMS style text. This may be perfectly clear to you but confusing to others."

Please be watchful of this issue. Thanks mate.

Hmmm.. one thing not covered here at what I'm interested in knowing also is if the XR-6 has larger valves, then won't the grooves in the pistons need to be changed/moved to allow clearance for them?

Hey EA90_S, you could help me with two things if you dont mind.

Was your car already MPI or did you convert it. Im assuming the S in your name is for SPack so it was standard MPI. I drive a EA II but CFI (4speed Auto), have you every driven the CFI Ea how does it compare to the MPI.

More importantly how big is your Red Back Exhaust???? How does it sound?? Happy with it???? Did you keep the Cat Converter??

Thanks
