is this there a common / simple fix for abs light staying on (ed xr6)or do i have to a code check?
i`ve heard that it could be something simple like a blown fuse !
I just had this same problem with my car. and it was actuall the abs ecu module that is under that dash that caused mine. it cost about $700 from spare parks. or you can get one from a wrecker like i did and that cost me $160.

p.s i was told that whilst the light stays on when you drive the abs does not function.

when the abs light stays on doest it mean your ABS is not functioning properly? That why the light is there right?
