Hi all,

I am thinking of getting an EF/EL BBM for my EA, I have done a search and know that it will only really improve my rev response in the low rev range, which is what I would be happy with.

Now what I havent found is a GOOD list of parts and estimated cost, also a good document on doing the change, I understand I will need to get a shift light and modify it to switch the manifold runners (anyone got more detail), however what else is needed.
How much of the EA parts can be retained, injectors, throttle body, etc.

Please fill in the blanks for me.

not sure about the major part of this question, but chiptorque do an adjustable rpm switch that is good for this, they r about $60 i think

EF Manifold Conversion (again!)

Try the above, its got heaps of info about what is needed. As you are already mpfi, use your existing injector loom, and just wire in the el/ef isc and tps. Its quite an easy conversion to do, took me and my mechanic about 4 hours (including changing the gas system to suite). Any more questions, send me a pm
