ef/el thermo fans into EA

I scored some thermo fans from work, iether from an ef or el. I was just wondering if i could squeeze these into my EA, maybe if i removed the engine fan?
I havnt got a chance to look at it yet so i thought i would ask if anyone here has done it before?

i have done this conversion. if you do a search you'll find some threads covering this. the clutch fan and its shroud needs to be removed and the thermos fit right onto the radiator, very easy. the hardest bit is designing a way to control it, i used a repco thermo-switch ($40) running two relays (one for each fan). definatly worth it, quieter and has proven HP advantages.

Remeber the clutch fan is LEFT HAND THREAD when removing it :0), other than that a reasonably simple job to put them in and hook them up, I have just put in 2 thermo fans in my car from repco, and they work great, i have 2 relays as well, remember if you have A/C that at least 1 fan will need to run in high for heat exchange across the condensor when the A/C is on.

Theres a guy here who sells a complete wiring loom & is exactly what you are after.
Its worth $100,has a self diagnostic setup, 2 stage operation ie aircon control etc.
Best thing is hes here in Perth.
I bought one of his kits & havent looked back
Do a search on Thermofan conversion kits & you'll find what you need.
Cool..
